Hi, I’m Miranda — a certified yoga teacher and founder of Kismattu Yoga.

Yoga and meditation helped me find something I never thought possible: real self-love, deep healing, and a life of contentment. 

For many years I lived with the physical and emotional pain of a disability. 

Yet through this gentle practice, I found a way to heal.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a moment of peace in your week — my classes are a safe, welcoming space for you to move, breathe, and just be.
