Service Description

This is a 1 hour introductory yoga class, giving you a space to process feeling, relax the mind and the body leaving feeling relaxed and refreshed for the day. This will be limited to 3 people per class where people will be able to have the maximum benefits of yoga. If you sign up to any of the days before January you will gain access to my online course where we go into the deeper understanding of yoga and mediation.
