This 6 week course is designed to give your New Year, New You a strong start. Taking you into February, with the tools for a strong, relaxed, refreshed mind and body. This course will give you the understanding and knowledge of why we act and think the way we do and ways we can manage ourselves, allowing us to live a peaceful life. All sessions will be live and recorded so if you can't make a session you can catch up, they will then be uploaded and you will have full course access for life. Week 1 - Intro and Prompts Who I am and what I expect for the 6 weeks, includes basic yoga and mediation. Week 2 - How the mind, body and soul works. An over view of anatomy and physiology, with yoga for the spine and meditation. Week 3 - Thoughts and meditation. How we think, why we think and how we can change our thinking to benefit our lives, followed by gentle yoga and meditation. Week 4 - Health and nutrition part 1. An over view of the foods we eat and how they affect our body and how we can use foods too give us more energy, followed by yoga for digestion and meditation. Week 5 - Heath and nutrition part 2. This week we will discuss how everything around us we intake and how this affects us. How people, places and things affect our physical body, followed by yoga to release energy and a guided meditation. Week 6 - Soul purpose. Once we have the understanding of who we are, we can look at the things we are supposed to be doing. We can find inner peace followed by yoga and a guided meditation.
