Service Description

Kismattu offers donation-based parents and kids yoga sessions that include 15 minutes of welcome time for regulating emotions, 30 minutes of yoga practice, and 15 minutes of playing with a selection of toys. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy a cup of coffee and cake at an additional price after the session, where kids can play and socialise. Join us for a fun and relaxing experience that promotes mindfulness and physical activity for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
