**Returns and Refunds Policy**

 

Thank you for shopping at Kismattu LTD! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review our policy below.

 

**1. Return Eligibility**

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Certain items, such as digital products, are non-returnable.

 

 **2. Return Timeframe**

Returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

**3. Return Process**

To initiate a return:

- Contact us at kismattu@gmail.com to request a return authorisation and receive instructions.

- Once approved, package the item securely and send it back to the provided address. **Please do not send items back without prior authorisation**.

 

**Note:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

**4. Refunds**

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

 

**Approved Refunds**: Will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

**5. Exchanges**

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

**6. Late or Missing Refunds**

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at kismattu@gmail.com.

 

**7. Sale Items**

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

**8. Damaged or Incorrect Items**

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
